职位描述

· Analyze the products which clients refuse to take and have doubts on, collect and report the information about the products that clients have returned, · Organize other department to make corrective and prevent actions for the customer complaint and report to customer by 8D or following customer’s requirement. · Take actions to close the customer complaint in time. · Quality service on spot. When clients have any doubts on the provided products, quality analysis and technology support will be provided to them on spot. · Communicate with customer for any special requirements, like product, environment requirement and inform to internal department. · Complete monthly report or some temporary reports about the customer complaint handle and after service information, like PPM, handling lead time… · Improvement project handling, work as a project manager or project member to complete product or process improvement project. · Complete the project appointed by supervisor. Separate the wastes, save resources and comply related legislation required by environment system.

具体要求

· Mechanical engineering degree or relevant, Air-condition background or experience is prefered. · Minimum 3 years experience as a quality engineer/Customer service/product engineer in a international company. · Well knowledge about ISO9001 system or TS16949 system and quality tools like 8D… · Good communication skill. · Oral and written English is required. · Good practical computer skills (MS-Office/MS-Outlook/). Personal requirements: · Ability to work effectively as part of a goal-oriented team, as well as communicating frequently and successfully with the team and other departments within the company. · Analytical working method. · Working active and initiative. · Comply with all company related management policies, such as environment protection and resource saving etc.
