职位描述

This position is responsible for supervising the whole manufacturing process of product to ensure the products are manufactured complying with cGMP and ISO requirements within QA department. Ensure the Quality Assurance System is effectively implemented, maintained, improved throughout the plant. The main responsibilities include management of on line inspection team, leading non-conformance investigations, internal audit coordination, customer complaints handling, managing documentation system and performing vendor control and performance monitoring of staffs.

Quality System Maintain and Implement: Internal audit on time with audit plan Non-conformance system and CAPA system implement Quality support to MFG. Follow ISO 13485, QSR820, GMP standard and Corporate policy. Maintain and improve quality system to meet compliance in a day to day life. New product/ project support to ensure that quality system compliance Documentation: Document control Change control Quality system SOP developing To assist QA Director to prepare and submit regular report to regulatory department Focus on customer: Customer Complaint handling and quickly respond. Focus on customer satisfaction include internal and external customer Technical support for other department Supplier Quality Management Implement supplier routine audit and quality performance management New Vendor developing/qualification Others: Other additional responsibilities assigned by QA Director, include government inspection, notify body audit and corporate audit. Follow ISO 14001 and EHS requirements To provide upgraded information and training of quality standards to all the site departments. Education & Experience Requirement: BS and min. 6 years working experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with minimum 3 years workingexperience in QA department, licensed Pharmacist and sterile production experience is preferred.
