职位描述

1. Travel to bank for drawing petty cash and be compliant with company's policy, make petty cash payment when occurred according to proper document and authorization. 2. Check the reimbursement documents for all staffs according to authorization and policy. 3. Based on correct supporting document which is compliant with policy, create check and T/T request. 4. Advise A/P account payment making then transfer payment voucher to A/P account. 5. Cash reconciliation with GL and with Bank statement at the end of each month and prepare the cash reconciliation report every month. 6. Monitor the cash advance account and collect the due amount. 7. Prepared bank reconciliation. 8. Prepare daily bank report and advise Financial Controller the cash flow status. 9. Any other tasks that may assigned at any time.

1. College degree on accounting 2. Good English in verbal and writing 3. Good computer skills especially in excel 4. Be familiar with Accounting Policy 5. Able to work under pressure. Working initiative 6. Result orientation 7. Motive and initiative in working 8. Team player and Good communication skills and open mind
